We started Vytoky in 2020. Today it’s a group of company formation, accounting and legal tech businesses with more than a thousand clients.

02 Company formation

We’ve registered companies for clients in more than fifty countries. In Cyprus, the UAE and Bulgaria we’re a licensed corporate service provider.

03 Accounting

Our accounting firms keep the books and file taxes for clients in many countries.

04 Legal tech

Part of the group builds software. We make CRM and time-tracking tools for firms like ours, and add AI where it takes real work off people’s hands.

Since 2020

  1. 2020 We start with Legarithm, registering companies and getting licences for clients.
  2. 2024 DS Solutions, a law firm for tech and iGaming companies, joins the group.
  3. 2025 Banmedy launches to take down phishing clones and fake accounts. The group expands into the UAE.
  4. 2026 LegalTech Startup School, LawBar and Bulsmetka open. The group comes together under Vytoky Holding Ltd in Cyprus.
